Is smoking allowed?
Smoking/Vaping are not allowed. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your reservation if any smoke smell, evidence is detected upon return.
Will the car come activated with a toll pass?
The car will have a license plate that is registered with the toll roads that are accessible at all Florida toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at the end of the trip and payable via the Turo app
Do you offer car seats, and any other amenities?
We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car.

Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded Premium gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per LFC policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee
SAFECLEAN AND CONTACT-FREE
There are two main routes of transmission of the coronavirus that causes COVID-19: respiratory and contact. These enhanced cleaning and disinfection guidelines focus on minimizing transmission through contact, specifically on frequently touched automotive surfaces such as keys, exterior door handles, trunk latches, and vehicle interiors.
While it is not currently known with certainty how long the coronavirus survives on surfaces, a recent study published by the National Institutes of Health suggests that SARS-CoV-2 (the coronavirus that causes COVID-19) can last up to two to three days on plastic and stainless steel. Therefore, to reduce transmission, it is vitally important that all frequently touched vehicle surfaces be properly cleaned and disinfected before and between trips.
The difference between cleaning & disinfecting
According to the Centers for Disease Control
Cleaning refers to the removal of dirt and impurities, including germs, from surfaces. Cleaning alone does not kill germs, but removing germs decreases their volume and therefore the risk of spreading infection.
Disinfecting works by using chemicals, like EPA-registered disinfectants, to kill germs on surfaces. Disinfecting doesn’t necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but killing germs remaining on a surface after cleaning further reduces the risk of spreading infection.
Do I need to wash the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior.
CAN I RENT IF IM 18?
No, At LFC Car Rental we only allow renters over 21 years old. Even though the legal age to rent a car is 25 years old you still may rent with us for a and additonal young renter surcharge for $39.99 per day(21-24 years old).
